The original creator of the BUFF® gaiter—multifunctional headwear that can be worn multiple ways.

The project:

Ongoing relationship as on-call copywriter for 5 years running. Tasked with revitalizing the brand voice for both international (Spain), and US brands, including work on print ads, seasonal vendor catalogs, email campaign, social campaigns, blogs, and seasonal product descriptions.

One challenge is pushing the personality without alienating any one group of their very diverse customers, ranging from outdoor enthusiasts like rock climbers all the way to traditional fishermen.
